Credit Policy

We offer credit to: All customers that submit an application  Long-standing customers who have been with us at least 1 year We verify creditworthiness by: Ordering a credit report Checking references Application The maximum amount of credit we offer is: Dependant on creditworthiness The credit limit may be reduced if the customer has: A poor credit rating An unreliable payment history with us One or more past due bills We offer credit terms of: Deposit with balance due upon delivery Net 30 - net amount due in 30 days We offer these incentives for early payment: Higher credit limits for customers who pay bills early Late payment or NSF results in: $25.00 charge for non sufficient checks return  Finance charges of 18%  Reduced credit limits Revocation of credit privileges Legal and collection charges We collect overdue bills by taking the following steps: At 60 day(s) past due, we send a friendly reminder with statement At 70 day(s) past due, we call the customer and send statement At 80 day(s) past due, we send a formal letter and statement At 90 day(s) send collection notice and statement We handle cancellations and refunds as follows Jobs canceled early are billed proportional to work completed Refunds given for cancellations made within 30 days of purchase 15% restocking on special orders, unopened, undamaged Notes: Software, tapes, disks, ink and cartridges are non refundable, no returns, damage media will be exchange for same title only MicroNet policy January 16, 1997
