support contract is a means for small businesses, corporations, or

support at discount prices.

only had to pay for the exact number of hours that he/she actually worked,
regardless of how infrequent his/her services may be needed, would you do

What does a support contract cover?
A support contract covers all labor required to maintain, upgrade,
support, or service the computer equipment and software within your
company. Telephone support, depot upgrades and repairs, remote dial-up
support and on-site service calls are all covered by MicroNet support
contracts. MicroNet provides on-site support to Dodge and Jefferson County.
What is not covered by a support contract?
All
non-labor costs, including hardware, software, accessories, and
consumables are not covered by support contracts. However, MicroNet offers
a variety of third party warranties that extend most computer
manufacturers warranties. Please ask our sales department for details
on our extended warranties.

available? MicroNet Computers offers On-Site or "Network Support Contract" The Network Support Contract
covers all network services and support needed to maintain networked
systems.
What is the cost of a support contract?
MicroNet Computers offers support contracts in blocks of time. The
"Time Block Support Contracts" are sold in 5,10,15,20,30,40
and 50 hour blocks. The larger time blocks offer the greatest savings. The
contracts are based on MicroNet Computers' hourly Service fee of
$89.95/hour.

Does a support contract really save my
company
money? In addition to the immediate per hour savings, you also save money
because only the actual time needed to service the equipment is deducted
from the support contract. There are no minimum time charges on our
support contracts. For example, if your company did not have a support
contract and requested that MicroNet send a network technician to your
site for a job which only took 25 minutes to complete, your company would
be billed for a full hour of labor. MicroNet, like most computer service
companies, have a one hour minimum charge for on-site service. Minimum
service times do not apply to service repairs covered by a support
contract.
What reaction time will my company receive for
on-site support? The on-site response time for contract services will depend upon
the customers needs. The response times and their corresponding billing
ratio to contract hours are defined in the following table.
